Karearea

Grade: 3

Length: 1500 m

Getting there: Starting at the top of the park (shuttle drop-off).

Trail Description:   Named after the NZ falcons with whom we share the park, Karearea descends from the top of the park down to the Checkpoint Charlie hub (the section down to the river will be opened soon). This trail is accessible to riders of most levels, with something amongst the sudden dips, off-camber roots, and fun twisty turns to challenge everyone. Built in 2018 by TrailPro.

Getting Out:  From the Checkpoint Charlie Hub you can back up Jack and the Beanstalk or across to the Culvert Hub.
